Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to My Virtual Planner at myvirtualplanner.app and its venue planning features. The service is operated by Ideal Brides (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use it for a business, you represent that you have authority to act for that business.
1. What the service provides
My Virtual Planner helps wedding venues answer prospective couples’ questions, share venue information, explore budgets and packages, manage conversations and booking information, check availability, and arrange tours or follow-up. Some features use AI or third-party integrations.
We provide software, not the venue or wedding services themselves. A venue is responsible for its offerings, pricing, policies, availability, staff, and fulfillment. Venue contracts and booking terms are separate from these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create a venue account or enter an agreement through the service. Provide accurate account information, safeguard your credentials, and use only accounts and venues you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Venue administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access to their team members and removing access when it is no longer needed.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant Ideal Brides and its service providers permission to host, store, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service, carry out your instructions, and provide the features you use, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit documents, photos, transcripts, calendar information, and other people’s details. Venue teams are responsible for the accuracy of their content and for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions required for their use of the service and follow-up communications.
4. Google and other integrations
You may connect only accounts and calendars you are authorized to use. Google Calendar access is optional and governed by the permissions you approve. You can revoke access or disconnect it as described in our Privacy Policy. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete previously imported records or cancel an appointment.
Third-party services, including Google, Base44, AI providers, and venue communication or scheduling systems, have their own terms and availability. We do not control those services. We will not use Google data beyond the purposes disclosed in our Privacy Policy and permitted by Google’s applicable policies.
5. AI answers, quotes, and bookings
AI responses, visualizations, budget estimates, and availability results are informational and may contain errors or be out of date. Confirm prices, inclusions, dates, and policies directly with the venue before relying on them. An inquiry, generated quote, availability answer, or tour request does not itself reserve a wedding date or create a binding venue booking. A booking is confirmed only through the venue’s own confirmation and agreement process.
Do not rely on the planner for legal, financial, medical, or emergency advice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law or another person’s rights; submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content; send spam; impersonate others; access another venue’s information without authorization; upload malware; evade access controls; or disrupt the service. Do not attempt to extract private data, credentials, or confidential instructions from the planner or its integrations.
7. Fees and separate agreements
If you purchase paid access, the fees, billing cycle, cancellation provisions, and any refund terms disclosed in your order or separate written agreement apply. These Terms do not independently authorize a charge. Venue payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are handled under your separate agreement with the venue.
8. Intellectual property
Ideal Brides and its licensors retain their rights in My Virtual Planner’s software, branding, and service design. Subject to these Terms and any applicable service agreement, you may use the service for its intended purpose. No ownership of the service is transferred to you.
9. Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting us. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, security risks, misuse, legal requirements, or unpaid fees under a separate agreement. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Account closure does not automatically cancel venue bookings or third-party appointments. Our Privacy Policy explains how retained information and deletion requests are handled. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
10. Availability and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a particular booking or business outcome. We do not guarantee the accuracy of venue content or AI outputs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ideal Brides is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or overrides protections in a separate agreement that expressly takes precedence.
11. Changes and questions
We may update these Terms and will revise the effective date. We will provide notice of material changes as required by law. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent allowed by law; if you disagree, stop using the service. A separate signed agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these Terms.
For questions or concerns, contact us so we can try to resolve them. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights you have under applicable law.
